Digital Products — No-Refund Default

All purchases of website templates, source code, and digital products on Own Your Website are final once the product has been delivered.

When Refunds Are Not Available

• Source code repository access has been granted
• License key has been generated and activated
• The product matches its description on the listing page

Valid Refund Requests

We may process a refund if:

• Delivery failed due to a technical error on our side
• The delivered product was materially different from what was described
• Request is made within 7 days of purchase, before accessing the repository

How to Request

Email support@ownyourwebsite.app with:

• Your order email
• Transaction ID (from your Paddle receipt)
• Reason for request

We respond within 48 hours.

As Paddle is our Merchant of Record, buyers may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net for payment-related disputes.
